Delivery is completely FREE to UK addresses!

All items will be processed in 1-2 business days (ie not weekends and bank holidays) unless specified at time of purchase or UK Express option chosen, then allow an additional:
(UK 3-4 business days: FREE!, UK Express 1-2 business days: £2.95

* EU 5-9 business days: up to 500g £7.95, over 500g £14.95
* Rest of the world 8-10 business days: up to 500g £12.95, over 500g £16.95)
* Note: Any additional Import Duty or local Vat added by individual countries is out of our control and to be paid for by the customer

What happens if I don't receive my item?
If you've had no delivery after 2 weeks let us know and we'll arrange a replacement
Please note: let us know as soon as possible after the 2 weeks as no replacement will be made if notified after 4 weeks - we'll already have paid all production and delivery costs and allocated the good causes contribution .
